Whilst some projects require a bespoke appointment with a Pic N Mix type approach to design and information packages, we do always promote the use of our architecture studio for a full service which follows the RIBA Plan of Work through stages 0 – 7.

This structure will be for architectural services based on a more established brief where the full project requirements are known from the outset and throughout the project. Within this structure we can establish an understanding of the project without compromise to our design and organisational processes. As such, we can design in economies of scale to provide a full service with an alternative fee structure than a Pic N Mix approach, utilising our involvement past design into interior, procurement, project management and contract administration.

We as a studio feel that this is the preferred method with larger scale more complex projects for private clients so that we can demonstrate our value as a team member throughout a process, instead of providing a set of products.
